an AI-driven drug discovery company, to advance innovation in bioprocessing.

This partnership aims to accelerate the digital transformation of the bio industry (Bio AX)

by integrating Physical AI-based bioprocess technologies with AI Agent-driven drug design capabilities.

ECELL is building a smart manufacturing environment by applying AI-based autonomous control technologies to its bioprocess equipment,

including bioreactors and single-use systems, enabling real-time data-driven operations.

HITS, on the other hand, is enhancing drug development efficiency through its AI Agent technology,

which autonomously designs experiments and analyzes data.
